Report says Samsung will start selling foldable smartphones in 2017

We already know that Samsung is working on a foldable phone (internally dubbed Project Valley), and we've also seen some possible designs. Last we heard, there were rumors of it launching in January this year - that obviously didn't happen. Now, it looks like the device won't be coming this year.
A new report from Samsung's home country of South Korea is claiming that the company will start mass-producing foldable displays by end of this year, with foldable smartphones arriving next year.
The report notes that Samsung's foldable device would be a 5-inch smartphone in folded form, and would become a 7-inch tablet when un-folded or opened. Past rumors have suggested that the company is testing both Snapdragon 620 and 820 for its Project Valley smartphone, while RAM will be 3GB.

Samsung Galaxy Note 6 Rumor Roundup: The best phablet of 2016?

One of the best phablets of 2015 was undoubtedly the Samsung Galaxy Note 5. Sporting one of the best cameras and processor chipsets onboard, it was a runaway success in the global market.
Samsung usually launches the Galaxy Note successor by the end of the year but as we have already witnessed the launch of the
Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge, rumors of the Note 6 are appearing online and we must do a compulsory roundup. Here is Gizbot's official rumor roundup of the Galaxy Note 6, coming later this year.
First things first, let's talk about the almost-confirmed bits. The Snapdragon 823 processor will most probably power the Samsung Galaxy Note 6. Summing up the leaked info, it seems that the SD823 will come with the same architecture as the SD820, but the difference will lie in the higher clocked cores.
Coupled with the Adreno 630 GPU, this new processor will be nothing short of a beast and when optimized with TouchWiz UI, will definitely pack quite a punch.
#1 1. Qualcomm Snapdragon 823
Yet another nail in the coffin, Samsung made sure that their latest flagship device is durable and long lasting. Adding IP68 certification on the Galaxy S7, it translates to the smartphone being completely dust-resistant and partially water-resistant. The Galaxy S7 can be submerged safely in upto 3 feet of water, for upto 30 minutes at a stretch. It is expected that the upcoming Galaxy Note 6 will also carry forward this legacy and have the same kind of IP68 water resistance.
#2 Water Resistance
Borrowing yet another returning feature from the Galaxy S7, the Note 6 is expected to have an expandable storage slot. A boon for multimedia users, expandable storage is now a feature on the new Galaxy S7, something that was missing from the Galaxy S6. With numerous customers complaining about the absence of a MicroSD card slot, Samsung has finally heard their pleas and added one. Another 128 gigs, allowing for much more space to store all your audio, video and image files in, can now expand the smartphone's data storage.
#3 Expandable storage
This part of the whole deal is not much different from the predecessor, Galaxy Note5. The Note 6 is expected to sport a 5.8-inch Quad-HD display that is just a tad bit bigger than the 5.7-inch Quad-HD screen on the Note 5.
#4 A 5.8-inch Quad-HD display
The camera on the Galaxy S6 has been claimed to be one of the best on any smartphone launched in 2015. Anyway, Samsung decided to go with a complete overhaul and has now increased the pixel size and changed the sensor on the Galaxy S7.
Reports are now coming in that Samsung is expected to use the same sensor on the Galaxy Note 6, coming later this year.
With a 12MP rear camera sensor that has Phase Detection Auto Focus, OIS and an aperture of f/1.7, Samsung is hoping to take over the other big guys in the camera department.
#5 A 12MP camera
As the rumors of Snapdragon 823 being fitted onto the Note 6 appear online, expectations of much higher amount of RAM is speculated. This is simply because this new chipset has support up till a massive 8GB of RAM on it. So, we can expect 2016 to get bigger with 6GB of RAM being the latest norm this season.
All these rumors and features are merely speculations and results of calculative expectations that factor in previous records. This haven't been confirmed entirely by the team at Samsung and we definitely expect some or the other modification in the list. We shall keep you updated on the same.
#6 6GB of RAM?
